We'll appoint the right real estate agent and advise you on all aspects of your sale, including marketing, method of sale and commission to be paid. Our service doesn’t cease there. We also manage the agent and your sale campaign. We monitor the agent’s performance, provide advice where necessary, assist in negotiating the final sale price and attend on Auction Day if the property is being sold via auction.

Our Buyer's Advocates generally offer two types of services:
- A full service - Our Buyer's Advocates search out properties that meet their client’s criteria and negotiate the purchase of the property chosen, whether by private sale or auction. They may look for one specific property, or an entire portfolio, depending on your needs.
- Buyers may also engage Buyer's Advocates purely to bid for them at the auction of a property they have found for themselves.
